Original Antiques & Uniques

continues to expand

              house is merely a house

              until you make it your

home. By bringing together one-of-a-kind, aesthetically pleasing items from the past and blending them with the more modern, you can create a harmonious mixture of memories – old and new – and truly make your home unique.

The task of transforming a house into your own unique home is made easy (and fun) at the original Antiques & Uniques dealer mall in Palm Harbor. Located in a former residence built in 1935, this isn't your typical antique mall. Originally opened in 2011, the shop has 30 dealers showcasing everything from primitives, nautical items, jewelry and vintage tools, to refurbished furniture, garden pieces, home décor and much more.

With the help of Tarpon Home & Garden, Antiques & Uniques is once again expanding, opening one of the only flea markets in Palm Harbor this month in a new

Tampa Bay Times Business Profile

back lot area that the business recently purchased. This is the second expansion the dealer mall has undergone in recent months; it transformed its outdoor space into a backyard oasis full of amazing outdoor items last December.

The flea market, which will be located directly behind a large, new gate surrounding the recently

expanded outdoor area, kicks off on March 28-29, and will run the last weekend of every month.

"We've had so many people come in every day to sell their stuff here because they aren't allowed to have yard sales in their condo or townhouse communities due to HOA rules," explains Kym Eggers,  co-owner of Antiques & Uniques. "This monthly flea market is a fun

way to help them get rid of their stuff and make a good amount of money."

Over a dozen vendors – including Bread R Us from New Port Richey, Kettle Corn, Picker Sisters and more – have already taken spots at the flea market's first weekend later this month, though several vendor spots are still available.
